All of us at Bandobi Pet Products are proud of the high-quality of our products.
The following policies have been designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
1. We currently only offer our products to customers in the United States. Customers whose delivery
address is in the State of California are subject to Sales Tax charges.
2. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California. Any item, except the Model PS-100
Large Size Enclosure. can
be delivered by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service. The Model PS-100
Large Size Enclosure can only be shipped by Truck Freight.
3. After you place an order, we will send
a confirmation e-mail to you as well as periodic updates so you
can monitor the status of your order.
4. After you have received your order, if you have any problems installing or using our products, you should
first consult the Support page on this web-site. There you will find helpful advice and contact information
to obtain additional assistance from our customer service department.
5. All of our products have a 90 day limited warranty on the materials and workmanship. If you encounter a
defect in one of our products within 90 days of receiving it, please visit the Support page on this web-site
to resolve the problem. We will send you
replacement parts, when appropriate. The limited warranty
does
not cover any labor for assembly and/or
disassembly. If it is necessary to perform any assembly or
disassembly to replace defective parts, we will provide you with the instructions necessary to do so.
6. All sales are final. There are no refunds.
